Welcome to my new website and welcome to my first blog post!  I am thrilled to be writing this and even more excited that you are reading it.

I am Paula Blair.  I am a Nashville lawyer with experience in family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and visitation.  I write Wills and do estate planning.  I also probate Wills or open estates for anyone who passed away without a Will. 

January is the month when we want change, or we do things we have been putting off. 

Estate planning or getting your Last Will and Testament done is something you don't want to put off. 

Even if your estate is small, a Last Will and Testament will convey your intentions to your family and the Court. 

If you have no Will, your property may be distributed in a way you do not want.
